Daimon is an engineering company highly specialized in services of regulation, development of solutions in software, studies and research and development projects and new business aiming at improvements in the energy sector. With extensive experience, the team of professionals of Daimon is formed by masters, PhDs and experts in energyprepared to meet the more complex and specific demands of this sector.

History

The first experiences in the market of energy took place between 1990 and 1998, through the Centro de Excelência em Distribuição da Universidade de São Paulo (CED / USP) (Distribution Center of Excellence of the University of São Paulo). In 1999 was born the Centro de Estudos em Regulação e Qualidade da Energia Elétrica da Universidade de São Paulo ( ENERQ / USP) (Center for Studies in Power Regulation and Quality of the University of São Paulo). Daimon was created officially in July 2004, the result of a spin-off of the research group from the University of São Paulo, acting initially in projects of Research and Development in the Brazilian electric power sector.

Develop services and solutions of software for large companies in the sector of distribution of electric power, keeping our calling for research focused on technological innovation.
